THE GALLERY is also proud to announce three of our artists were recently nominated for the prestigious Hunting Prize for 2013: David Leonard, Gladys Poorte and Sam Yeates. This annual prize awards one Texas artist the $50,000 prize, which is "historically the most generous annual award in North America for painting and drawing." All three artists will have works on display during our spring group show.
Located in the downtown corridor, Davis Gallery & Framing serves as Austin's fine art and framing destination, showcasing contemporary and traditional art from both emerging and mid-career artists.
