Amy Banner Updegrove

Amy Banner Updegrove works with interior elements, woven fabrics and letterpress fonts to create state-of-being collage.  She is a native Texan who has lived in New York and Los Angeles working in design and media.  After studying art and design she moved into the business world where she was Marketing Director of Polo Ralph Lauren, President of Los Angeles Magazine, Publisher of Texas Monthly and CEO of Leverage Global Partners.  She now spends her time in her home studio in Austin, Texas with her husband or traveling to collect elements for use in her art. She also consults on strategic success for non-profits dedicated to the core tenets of a better society.
